On Purim, With Love: A Family Celebration

Join us for a new and unique service-based family program, as you gather with other community members to sing, browse through PJ Library books, hear the Purim story, and create care packages (mishloach manot) for local refugee families in need. Connect during the Fun Day Sunday activities, braid and learn about the Challah for Hunger program, and make it a day to remember with your family, in service to the community. 

A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to the Challah For Hunger program.

In partnership with Jewish Gateways, Jewish Family and Community Services East Bay, and PJ Library. 

 

 

Irreverently Yours, the Shushan Queens 3.0

Get ready, folks (and get that early bird ticket by FEB 20)!  It's the 3rd annual politically satirical, feminist, comedic, musical retelling of the Book of Esther! Full of sass, rhymes, leopard print, song parodies, and political commentary, this hip, hilarious reinterpretation of the ancient story of Esther is not to be missed. And if you were wondering, yes, you will all get kazoos and hamentashen and costumes are HIGHLY encouraged.
