Baby and Toddler Programs

The following programs are designed for babies and toddlers and their parents or caregivers.

Perachim (Flowers)

For children 12–30 months

With Monika Clark

Join us to explore with your child! This is an exciting, play-based program for toddlers (12-30 months) and caregivers. Through play, art, music, stories, and Jewish rituals, we build community.

All families are welcome at the JCC. Together we create an environment in which families from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable exploring the beauty of early childhood and of our Jewish heritage. We grow together in a supportive community that enriches all of our lives.

Monika Clark, former preschool teacher at the JCC East Bay, lovingly works with children from infancy through kindergarten and their parents. As a mother, she is a great resource for parents. Her warmth and enthusiasm are inspiring.

Weekly topics are culled from the group, and range from green poop (is that normal?!) to lack of sleep to the evolving relationship with our partner and ourselves. All parents are welcome.

Stacia Biltekoff is on the Board of Directors of BirthWays, a doula, and an educator that has facilitated support groups since 2002.
