Shavuot

Thank you for joining hundreds in community at the 35th Annual East Bay Tikkun: A Day of Learning on Shavuot on May 26, 2023. Once again, in partnership with dozens of Bay Area synagogues and organizations, we were so happy to offer a day of learning, delicious knishes, and a home for the community to celebrate receiving the Torah.

Check back around Shavuot to find out how you can celebrate with the JCC East Bay!

“The way you amassed all the information, and displayed it in a way to make it both accessible and reminiscent of the JCC East Bay Tikkun in the past was just wonderful. Choosing, attending, and interactive participation in classes felt very similar to the in-person ones we’ve done in the past.. I am so grateful for all the work you and JCC staff did (even while sheltering) to maintain this exceptional institution in our community.”

"Thank you so much for your wonderful Shavuot programming! In just 3 hours, I was able to take fabulous classes, including how to run a Jewish Death Cafe, singing with a Jewish Priestess and meditating and deepening my Kabbalah knowledge with Torah of Awakening. Each class creatively engaged my intellect and soul simultaneously. Go look at their upcoming programs now for delightful opportunities to enrich your mind and soul!"
